It builds core strength and improves balance and posture. Learn the tools to stretch breathe and move, giving you what you need to do yoga poses and exercise safely. It is therapeutic and healing for neck, shoulders, back, hips and knees. We use sticks, bands, balls, chairs, blocks and other props depending on your needs. Yobands Yoga is engaging and fun. It is balanced with movement and stillness. Yobands Yoga is for children to seniors.

Paulie Zink is returning to New Bern on Sunday, June 16, 2019
Master Paulie Zink received private intensive training for ten years as the sole protege of Chinese Taoist yoga and kung fu master, Cho Chat Ling.
A three-time international martial arts grand champion, Paulie is renowned for his fluidity, flexibility, and artistry of motion. He teaches with a relaxed and playful demeanor that encourages everyone to feel accepted and comfortable. He brings over 30 years experience to his teaching.
The workshop is titled, "Fun With Monkey Stick & Fun With Flexibility and Flow"
The workshop is from 2:00 to 6:00 pm.
2:00 to 3:30 pm Fun With Flexibility and Flow.
3:30 to 4:30 pm Break
4:30 to 6:00 pm Fun With Monkey Stick.
